Who We Are
Taking on a new construction project is a big deal.
Thank goodness you found us.

THIS IS WHO WE ARE

It is hard to see our parents and grandparents aging. Many of us are facing the tough decisions of how to plan for the ones who spent their whole lives caring for us. Some of us are experiencing the torment of helplessly watching a loved one deteriorate in a nursing home environment. Out of experiencing this same desperation came the driving force for Greg Clock Construction.

Andrew, founder of Greg Clock Construction, is no stranger to the pain of watching a loved one slip away. Out of the ashes of losing his grandmother and witnessing the devastating effects it had on his mother and family, came the drive to present more options to those facing the same decisions. He began asking these questions:

  • “What if we could utilize existing, but possibly unidentified resources within our communities to keep our seniors and those with disabilities in their own homes with expert care?”
  • “Are there tools and resources we can provide for those who want to care for their elderly parents, grandparents or loved ones with special needs?”
  • “What can we do to enhance the lives of those caring for loved ones with special needs?”
  • “What can we do to restore quality and length of life?”
  • “Is there a way to care for family members without depleting the financial inheritances set aside for their children and grandchildren?”
  • “Are we not able to see the resources that are right in front of us?”

THIS IS WHAT WE DO

  • Residential Development
  • Commercial Development
  • Installation Programs
  • Medical Home Modification
  • Custom Accessibility Design

This vision even led to Greg Clock Construction working with Lowe’s Home Improvement in Michigan to develop their installation division and roll it out into other markets.

Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is at the center of all we do. We take the time to evaluate our clients and their needs so that we can create solutions that look good and are functional. It is about quality workmanship bringing quality of life.

THIS WHY WE DO IT

The original goal was to aid in the joining of construction and remodel work from contractors to the growing need of medical necessary home modification clients in the community. In other words, there is a large client base of people either in hospitals or other care facilities that could live more independently if there were adjustments made to their living environments to assist their needs (ie grab bars, ramps, roll-in showers, etc.).

So, Greg Clock Construction began making partnerships with vendors, contractors, suppliers on one side; while also on the other side making contacts with hospitals, social workers, and care giving companies. The idea was to be able to be a consultant and liaison between the service providers and families of these needing services. The goal was to make it so that elderly, people with disabilities, and wounded veterans would be able to stay in their homes longer and not lose the equity in their properties.
